OgC (Organically Grown Compound) aka Compensation Was Born Dec 12, 1984 and named Corey R. Benford by his parents Erik and Pamela Benford. OgC was military bred; Raised across the US he’s lived in Hawaii, OK, MD, NY, Del, NJ, and Of Course Philadelphia PA “the city of brotherly love” and his Birth Place. It’s no wonder why his friends in Oklahoma city called him cross country. His multiple places or origin have not only helped to mold him as a person but also as an artist hence the versatility of his music. OgC started making music when he was 9. His first Instrument was the piano which he would use to create melodies for songs he would write and then perform for his mother who at the time was his inspiration for singing and music. OgC has been creating music for the public for the past 12 years with projects on SoundCloud, mymixtapez.com, DatPiff, and Youtube. in 2014 OgC Obtained his certification in Analog & Digital Audio Engineering from Omega, he’s a Pro-Tools expert him along with his Omega Classmate and Close Friend Klassiq Craig Who is the man Behind His sounds Producer, Mixer, and engineer Classic Is a genius! since 2017 they have worked on all 4 of OgC’s Projects The Script, Massive Compensation 5/15/1 , Ready 2 Live, OgC The Pre Q, & His Newest Project The Q Project Which Klassiq Handled All Areas Of Audio Production.
